The need for physical activity and physical exercise increases with one’s age. With today's intense schedules, busy people often find a structured and supervised program of physical exercise necessary to maintain good health and good physical appearance.
The RE-GENERATION FITNESS program was designed by the fitness center owners, John and Leah DuRant, specifically to help people in the 30+ age category to acquire better health and greater physical stamina by means of an easy and highly effective workout program.
Hydraulic circuit training is particularly well suited to mature individuals because of its safety and its low impact on joints. This fitness program is based upon a 30 minute, 24 station, hydraulic circuit workout, preferably accomplished at least 3 times per week.
This workout involves 12 hydraulic friction exercise machines to exercise each and every muscle group in the body. These machines provide controlled, easily adjusted, hydraulic resistance for a challenging workout at any and all degrees of strength and endurance. When used regularly, with the supervised stretching program, most participants obtain noteworthy improvements in stamina, flexibility, agility, and general well-being within 60 days from starting the RE-GENERATION FITNESS program.
Instructors are available at all times to supervise the operation and insure the safety and well-being of the program participants.
Although a good diet is effective in maintaining weight limits, physical measurements and weight levels are not taken unless the client so desires. The RE-GENERATION program is not intended as a weight loss program, although this type of exercise has been proven to reduce body fat and create lean muscle.
Because of its low impact stress on joints, hydraulic circuit training often is recommended by physicians for those recovering from injuries and for similar rehabilitation needs.
